In Blog Nummer 3 geht es um das Kochen, Backen und Essen.

Der Blog wird zweisprachig (englisch und deutsch) geführt und hat mich von Anfang an durch seine wundervollen Essensfotografien bezaubert.

Ich sehe förmlich die Liebe und Leidenschaft, mit welcher sie kocht und bäckt. Und ein Hauch Frankreich strömt in mein Zimmerlein und macht mir Lust auf mehr.

Das Verhältnis, welches hier zu Essen und den Mahlzeiten beschrieben wird, teile ich sehr:

„It´s only a few months since we have moved here in early summer 2015 , so there is still so much to discover – not only in a culinary way- , and the roots that ground us here are, at this point, of course somewhat fragile. But a steaming kitchen and a table loaded with food can never hurt to make you to feel at home wherever you are.

So when we arrived here, about to start a new life, cooking and sharing at least one meal per day around our large, shabby wooden table remained a family ritual we celebrated from the beginning – just as we had done before, in our old home in Munich, just as my parents had taught me when I was little. As dark as it gets: chocolate chili tartelettes (ich brauche gaaaaanz dringend diese Tartelettes-Formen!!!!)

Caramelized tomato tart (schon nachgebacken und es ist soooo lecker!!! Also wirklich lecker!!!)
